Do I have to use a GEICO-recommended shop?
No. In California you choose the repair shop. Tell your GEICO adjuster you chose Century 1st and we handle the rest.
Will my rates go up?
If it's the other person's fault, No. Otherwise if It depends on the claim type. Comprehensive and not-at-fault claims rarely raise premiums. Call us and we’ll walk you through it.
Will I get a rental car?
Yes. We set up your Enterprise rental so it’s ready when you drop off. It’s covered if your GEICO policy includes rental reimbursement, or by the other driver’s insurer if you’re not at fault.
What does the warranty cover?
Body, structural and paint work, plus parts used in the repair, for as long as you own the car.
